OUR MISSION
Faithful Excellence in Everything We Do
Our program is built on the idea of faithful excellence in everything we do. We believe God has given us this platform for a reason, and our mission is to use it to impact the people around us — in how we compete, how we serve, and how we live day to day.
We want to be a program that competes at the highest level on the field, but what matters just as much is who we are off of it. Our culture is centered on accountability, selflessness, and genuine care for one another. For us, success isn't just wins and losses — it' about how we represent Christ in the way we train, play, study, and treat people. Soccer is what brings us together, but it's not who we are. It's a tool and an opportunity to honor God through the way we play and the way we live. Our identity is rooted in Christ, and everything we do flows from that.
What We Look For in Players
We're looking for young women who want to be part of something bigger than themselves.
Faith
We want players who are willing to step into and help build a Christ-centered culture. That doesn't mean having it all figured out, but it does mean being open, growing in your faith, and contributing to a team that's rooted in something deeper than the game.
Academics
Your time in college is about more than soccer. At the end of it, you leave with your degree and your experiences, and we believe both should matter within college athletics. We want players who take ownership of their education and understand how it shapes their future.
Soccer
We're looking for players who can compete at a high level and are committed to getting better every single day. Talent matters, but so does work ethic, consistency, and the ability to impact the game.
At the end of the day, we value players who are selfless, who put the team first, and who give their best in everything they do. Women of character and integrity who trust that God has equipped them with what they need and are willing to use it for something greater than themselves.
